Startups are a meritocracy of ideas. That’s how I approach my work. I gather information by asking relevant questions about the success of the project and what stands in way of that success. I look to team members and end users for insights about how they use a product and try to understand what would enhance their experience. Finally, I look to data and past analytics to give a quantitative view of the project. With information, insights and data in hand, I work to develop a solution to best accomplish our goal.


Typically companies hire me to address a particular problem area. I join the team for a specific period of time to accomplish goals that we set at the beginning of the project. Based on the goals and strategy we devise, my involvement ranges from weekly check-in meetings to daily on-site work.
