Privacy Policy
Last updated August 3, 2026
vigilanteweb.com is operated by Kendall Guillemette. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to vigilanteweb.com and its subpages, not to third-party sites it links to.
Information collected
Information you provide. If you submit a form on this site (the contact form, a coaching consult request, or a lead magnet like the CRO audit checklist), the site collects the email address and any other fields on that form, such as your name or company. This information is sent to HubSpot, the CRM used to manage inquiries and follow up with you. If you download a lead magnet, your email is also sent to Loops, the tool used to deliver that resource and any related follow-up emails.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, which pages get read, and where traffic comes from. This involves standard analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, approximate location, device and browser type, and cookies or similar identifiers. No individually identifying analytics data is sold.
Payments. If you purchase the web experience audit, the “Get your audit” link takes you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to complete payment. Your card details are entered and processed by Stripe directly, on Stripe’s site, not on vigilanteweb.com. This site never sees, collects, or stores your payment card information. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
How information is used
Information collected through forms is used to respond to your inquiry, send the resource you requested, and follow up about services if you look like a fit. HubSpot is used to track these conversations so nothing falls through the cracks; Loops is used to send lead magnet downloads and any related email follow-up. Automatically collected analytics data is used to improve the site: what content is working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.
Your email is never sold. It is not shared with anyone outside the tools named in this policy (HubSpot for CRM, Loops for email delivery, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics) except where required by law.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, but usage data won’t be recorded.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Email kendall@vigilanteweb.com and it will be handled directly, no ticket system, no runaround. If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, this includes any additional rights those regions grant their residents (access, deletion, and opt-out of sale, though nothing on this site is sold).
To stop receiving emails after submitting a form, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or just reply asking to be removed.
Data retention
Contact and lead information is kept as long as it’s useful for following up on an inquiry, generally no more than a few years of inactivity, after which it’s deleted. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention settings.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
