Terms and Conditions

Last updated August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of vigilanteweb.com, operated by Kendall Guillemette. By using this site, downloading anything from it, or submitting a form on it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

Who this is

vigilanteweb.com is the site for Kendall Guillemette’s independent CRO, web strategy, and coaching work. It is not a corporation or agency. “I,” “me,” and “Kendall” throughout these terms all refer to Kendall Guillemette personally.

Use of the site

The content on this site, including articles, checklists, case studies, and downloadable resources, is provided for informational purposes. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and use the frameworks it describes in your own work. You may not republish, resell, or repackage the content itself (word for word, or substantially so) as your own without permission.

Downloadable resources, like the CRO audit checklist PDF, are for your personal or internal business use. Don’t redistribute them, put them behind your own paywall, or claim authorship.

No guaranteed outcomes

Case studies and results referenced on this site (conversion lifts, pipeline numbers, and similar) are real figures from specific past engagements. They describe what happened in those cases, not a guarantee of what will happen in yours. Every site, team, and market is different. Nothing on this site, including the audit and coaching services described here, is a promise of a specific business result.

Content here, including the CRO audit checklist and articles, is general guidance, not a substitute for a paid engagement scoped to your specific site and situation.

Purchases and refunds

The web experience audit is a fixed-price, fixed-scope engagement, purchased through the Stripe checkout linked from the audit page. Current pricing and what’s included are listed there; that page controls if anything here is unclear.

If the delivered report doesn’t meet the scope described on the audit page, I’ll revise the affected sections or offer a partial refund, at my discretion. Because the audit is custom analysis work delivered as a finished digital document, that’s the only refund guarantee: there’s no general right of return once it’s been delivered.

Forms and communications

If you submit a form on this site, you’re providing accurate information and agreeing to be contacted about it, by email, in response to your inquiry. See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Intellectual property

The design, code, and original written content on this site belong to Kendall Guillemette. Client logos, names, and case study details are used with permission or drawn from public information.

This site links to external sites (client sites, LinkedIn, tools referenced in articles). Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and this site isn’t responsible for them.

No liability

This site and everything on it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Kendall Guillemette isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it. This doesn’t limit liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Changes

These terms can change. If they do, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or this site will be handled in the courts of Washington State.
